An App Realm isolates @user.realm handles and realm/{id}/… stream rooms. Free to create — you pay for usage, not Realms. Bootstrap once, then mint a key under Access.

Fast path: one org id becomes your default App Realm. Default integrator auvy is for ops — change it for your stack. Never pile tenants under org=auvy.
